RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you no longer want your purchased items, please reach out to us at info@fauxbrushes.com within 30 days to start a return. 

Please note the following:

  • Only unused, undamaged items that are in their original packaging are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase
  • Buyer will pay for return shipping costs
  • Orders over $150 will require a 15% restocking fee
  • A refund is only processed once all items are received and inspected
  • Refunds will be processed through their original payment method or via store credit
  • Products that cannot be returned unless authorized - MIDAS Metall®

 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If damaged items are received upon delivery, take pictures of the shipment and items and alert info@fauxbrushes.com

If damaged in our warehouse, we will exchange or refund the items within 30 days.  

If damaged during the shipping process, see below

SHIPPING INSURANCE:
  • Review shipping insurance here
  • If a shipping insurance claim needs processed, images of the damaged contents and boxes are REQUIRED in order to file a claim. The buyer must answer any correspondences if reached out to by the insurance adjuster. Items will be replaced by Fauxbrushes.com up to purchased value of insurance. If insurance was waived then Fauxbrushes.com is not liable to replace the items past the $200 threshold.

 

EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an items that is in its original packaging, we can accommodate most situations within 30 days of receipt of the item for something of equal or lesser value.  

 

MIDAS Metall® RETURNS

Binders cannot be returned after leaving the store due to need for temperature consistency. Any authorized returns of MIDAS Metall® products will require a 15% restocking and must be received back unopened within 1 month of the purchase.

 

 

FEES POLICY

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Any order over $5,000 is subject to a credit card processing fee of 2.6%.  Any order can require a credit card processing fee if needed.
